Ingredients
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F [175°C]. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl until smooth.
Step 3
Roll dough into 1-inch balls & place on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern
Step 5
Bake for 10-12min or until edges are lightly golden.
Step 6
Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Pro-Tip: Add a pinch of salt or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
