About the Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F [175°C].
Step 2
Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter until fluffy.
Step 3
Mix in egg.
Step 4
Stir in dry ingredients until combined.
Step 5
Roll into 1-inch balls & press with fork in a crisscross pattern
Step 6
Bake 10–12 min until lightly golden.
