Walmart Hit-and-Run Leaves 75-year-old Facing Charges

According to the official details regarding a hit-and-run, pedestrian-involved collision in the Walmart parking lot in Titusville, Oil Creek Township, Crawford County, around 6:59p.m. on Monday, October 13th.
State Police dispatched out of Corry account that Donna J. Douglass, 75, of Titusville, was backing a 2016 Toyota RAV4 out of a parking space when she struck a pedestrian---Deborah Swanson, 59, of Titusville---who was walking west down the parking aisle.
According to official report, released from PSP Corry on October 22, Swanson suffered minor injuries, including bruising to her left shoulder, left elbow, and a broken blood vessel in her left hand.
Douglass was cited for failing to give information and render aid, as she fled the scene following the collision, according to state police.
