When we say "Get plugged in", we mean it! While we appreciate a good marketing campaign and believe wholeheartedly in our own brand, we don't play gatekeeper with the tools of the trade that play a crucial role in our own analysis just because they're a different company. On that note, it's with great excitement that we don't just get to tell you about this tool... we've teamed up to give you a discount! [But, don't worry if it's not in your budget--there's a free option, too!]
[Now, this is where popular propagandist sites would offer you a grift--but if you take a moment to check out what it is, exactly, you'll see that "tool" is a rather reductive descriptor...😉]
Ground News is more than just a place to find the most accurate news coverage--it's a news aggregator!
What does that mean?
Basically, they put data from a bunch of different sources in one place, to make analyzing the coverage of current events is most informative.
What it means in practicality is that, instead of seeing a particular story by one reporter from one outlet at a time, you're able to view all the outlets covering that story---side-by-side and alongside a treasure trove of supplementary information, to gather a greater understanding, with more context. That information including, but not limited to, where their funding is coming from and a variety of ratings according to the Ground News rating system [explained below].
While there are free options available, we highly recommend the Vantage Plan---that's the one we use---and if you click here to sign-up, you'll save 40% off of an annual subscription!
